We are here a day before our tour starts, so we have some time to see the sights on our own. We find some of the places we visited when we were here years ago during the (dark) winter, including our AirBnB on the corner. And we start to get used to it being chilly and wet outside! South African winter was only a little over a week ago, so we are kinda used to it.

There is a world cup match in the evening, England vs Norway, so we decide to find a pub to watch. Thinking lots of Icelanders will be pulling for Norway, should be a lot of viking style fun. But we accidentally find a pub that is full of English folks. Even funnier because it’s really an Irish pub. Still a great experience!
